Add support for multiple identities

One particular use-case that would be very useful for IBDNS is to simulate a pair of name servers serving inconsistent data.

The configuration file syntax needs to be adjusted so as to allow several servers to be declared, both listening on different IPs or ports (or both) and each one having its own catalog (and thus, a different set of zone files).
