Third version of IBDNS adding more features compared to v0.1.0 and v0.2.0 and focusing on being correct by default.

Main goals:

• support for all known resource record types;
• address issues that make IBDNS not quite correct by default;
• support for spawning multiple servers with different identities and catalogs each.
