README: we aren’t alpha software anymore

Marc van der Wal requested to merge vanderwal/ibdns:feature/not-alpha-anymore into develop

Amend README so that we no longer refer to IBDNS as alpha software. There are now enough features to make it interesting for others to play around with the server.
